Iteriad has been working with the National Trust in preparing a masterplan and visitor experience delivery plan for this 18th C garden and parkland property at Fell Foot on the shores of Lake Windermere. The masterplan includes a new entrance, arrival, cafe, extended car parking and new watersports centre together with the conservation of the Grade I listed boathouses and restoration of the historic arboretum and gardens.
