Iteriad were commissioned in 2018 to work with a private client to help realise a new vision for their estate in the Lake District. The proposals included the refurbishment and reinterpretation of an existing 'lost' and overgrown Mawson Garden together with a combined cottage natural essences production unit with parking and a new cafe and small visitor hub.
